Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to Articulated support. Include the email address connected to your Articulated account so we can locate it. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the deletion.

- Open the Articulated app.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete your Articulated account record and associated app data that we are not legally required to keep, including profile data, practice history, evaluation results, transcripts, dashboard statistics, and notification tokens.
Raw voice recordings are processed to generate feedback and are not stored permanently. Support messages and limited operational records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Articulated account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage active subscriptions directly through the store where you purchased them.
