Contact SupportFrequently Asked Questions
How does Articulated work?
Articulated uses AI to simulate real conversations. You pick a scenario — like a job interview or a team meeting — and speak naturally. The AI responds in real-time. After each session, you receive a detailed analysis across six speaking skills: Clarity, Fluency, Structure, Vocabulary, Confidence, and Engagement.
What does the subscription include?
Your subscription gives you unlimited conversation practice sessions, full access to all scenarios and categories, detailed six-skill analysis after each session, progress tracking over time, and access to all supported languages.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play account where you subscribed. On iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store where you subscribed. Contact Apple Support for App Store purchases or Google Play support for Android purchases, and we're happy to help guide you through the process if needed.
Is my voice data stored?
Raw voice recordings are processed for transcription and analysis and are not stored permanently. Transcripts and generated coaching results are saved with your account so you can track progress. See our Privacy Policy for details about third-party AI processing.
How do I delete my account?
Open Articulated, go to Profile, and select Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion from our Delete Account page.
What languages are supported?
Articulated currently supports 12 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Hindi, Arabic, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, and Chinese. We're continuously adding more.
