• It does not keep an archive of raw practice audio. Audio is discarded after processing; the resulting transcript and feedback can remain.

Recording scope and data handling

You deliberately record your own response inside a practice activity. Articulated does not capture your live meetings or other participants in the background. Audio and relevant practice context are sent to processing services to generate transcription and coaching feedback.

Our privacy policy states that raw audio is discarded from our processing servers after the session ends and analysis is generated. Transcripts, feedback, scores, timestamps, language, and practice metadata remain with the account for history. This is a processing and retention description, not a claim that analysis happens entirely on your device.
